A Study of Slamming Response of Wedge Shape Hull / 楔形船體落下水面衝擊反應之研究

This research discussion is about the impact of a wedge body on the water surface in the model test. This wedge body receives instant pressure, acceleration and strain when this wedge body contacts the free surface. The wedge bodies with different angles and heights of falling are used in the test. The discussion is about the impact of a wedge body on the water surface and the wedge body's dynamic behavior.
This research preliminarily builds a simple model test system and graph control software is used as the control interface to get the signals of pressure gauge, acceleration gauge, and strain gauge. After the transformation of signals, the force, strain and acceleration in the wedge base are gained on the hand, channel time domain and frequency domain are shown as well. The datum can be used for software simulation analysis and comparison in the future.
