Preliminary study on the potential applications of Pt- and C-coated porous TiO2 electrodes on energy saving of sea-going ship and advanced dye degradation / 以白金和石墨改質微弧氧化多孔二氧化鈦於船舶節能與污染物降解之初步研究

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 輪機工程研究所 / 99 / The oxide film of anatase TiO2 was generated titanium plate by Micro-Arc Oxidation with the recipe. Using Micro-Arc Oxidation which could effectively increase the surface area of TiO2 films on the surface of titanium plate appeared to be porous. We analyzed optics and physics by using Multipurpose X-Ray Thin-Film Diffractometer(XRD) 、Raman spectroscopy、Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)、Field Emission Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM). The photocatalytic effect of TiO2 that applied electric field decomposed Methylene blue (MB).
The result show:While titanium plate by Micro-Arc Oxidation treatment was high roughness, it could be easy to adsorb pollutant.
Furthermore, the characteristic of titanium plate that sputter Pt or C is similar Dimensionally stable anodes (DSA), it belong to be insoluble material. The main feature :Low consumption rate、High conductivity, and etc. The seawater was electrolyzed when the voltage value of 4V and the current value of 5~7mA. It generated 3700cc/m2h gas-bubbles when power consumption was 20~30w/m2. The micro-bubble surface of titanium plate formed superhydrophobic material. While hull surface was pasted them, it achieved the reduction in frictional resistance. Electrolyzed titanium plate restrained the animal that hanged hull under the sea.
