碩士 / 國立屏東教育大學 / 資訊科學系 / 99 / Thanks to the rapid development of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in recent years, lots of advanced ICT have been well developed and become feasible to improve management efficiency of traditional transportation systems in the conception and implementation technologies. For example, a new intelligence service has been lately promoted by Tainan City Government and adopted in their city buses, having the innovated Wi-Fi application, which made its debut in the world. The service by using mobile phone can offer you the real-time introduction of scenic spots, providing not only LBS(Location-based Service) information but also the others such as checking the routes, attracting spots, maps, coupons and so on. It’s a novel milestone of public transportation system in Taiwan.
Then, at the end of 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition, Taipei City Government also set up the free shuttle buses to the sites of Expo with intelligence service. Through the signal transformation from WiMAX to WiFi, the SmartPhone users of iPhone or Android can operate navigation system for Expo Touring, to know the latest traffic and the Expo information at any time. This research is by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the relations among users’ attitude, behavioral intention and impact factors to the Expo tourists in order to build up the Acceptance Model of intelligence buses with auxiliary mobile devices in the navigation system and to realize the above influencing factors. And by exploring the relevant documents, the TAM of the external variables include System Quality and Information Quality in the success model of information systems. In addition, the Computer self-efficacy is considered too. Hopefully, from the questionnaire survey, on one hand it could provide some suggestions to the Government relevant authorities for their policy reference, and on the other for some of the Partial Lease Squares-PLS as a tool of research- based data analysis to get reasonable model. The results show that:
1. System quality has obvious influences on perceived usefulness.
2. System quality has obvious influences on perceived ease of use.
3. Information quality has obvious influences on perceived usefulness.
4. Information quality has obvious influences on perceived ease of use.
5. Computer self-efficacy has obvious influences on perceived usefulness.
6. Computer self-efficacy has obvious influences on perceived ease of use.
7. Perceived ease of use has obvious influences on perceived usefulness.
8. Perceived usefulness has obvious influences on users’ attitude.
9. Perceived ease of use has obvious influences on users’ attitude.
10. Perceived usefulness has obvious influences on behavioral intention.
11. Attitude has obvious influences on behavioral intention.
