"encounter problem", " solution of problem ", "future prospect" five dimensions for discussion and analysis, and summarized its outcomes, the reaserch compiled the cost of conclusions and recommendations for the relevant city administrative units, the implementation of school personnel, curriculum design and development, teaching and reference for future studies.
