Due to missile attacks in the future war, it is important to maintain the superiority of air dominance. Besides, because of the preservation of military power, the development of readiness runways becomes an indispensable issue of national defense. Furthermore,Because navigation equipments can improve the aircraft ability of taking off and landing, reduce the standard of landing weather and enhance the Air Force''s combat capability, it is essential that the construction of mobile navigation forces should be included in the project of the development of readiness runways.
TACAN forces haven''t been built up in regular army in our country. In fact, 1st Airforce Logistics Area Command constructed TACAN forces temporarily for need. However, by the previous OO exercises and from the experiences that various military fighters conducted the exercise of taking off and landing on the readiness runways of highway, the existing deployment of tactical navigation systems don''t satisfy the military rules of using the highway readiness runways: “within six hours, it should be prepared well for taking off and landing”. Therefore, the process of the deployment of TACAN forces should be studied to be improved so that it can be prepared rapidly to support the functions of readiness runways.
Expert’s interview with actually maintenance of senior person, About system classification、comparatively、analysis、conclude, than get 3 conclusions, The first buy new mobile TACAN,The second build mobile TACAN guys at base,The third hardware software and database build in mobile TACAN,than improve build up processes.
U.S. Department of Defense published the architecture framework specification of DoDAF in February 2004. It describes combat architecture, system architecture and technical architecture. The product document developed from the architecture specification of DoDAF can be applied to the reconstruction of combat process. This research is based on the architecture specification of DoDAF and takes the mobile TACAN forces deploying mission as a target. Besides, we use Popkin SA software tools to implement the framework, establish the product document of OV-5 Activity model and OV-6a Operational ruled model, simulate and analyse the process of the deployment.by expert’s interview. Finally, we build up a feasible operational process which satisfies the military rules of using the highway readiness runways. Because of the process we developed, the efficiency of the deployment is improved. Furthermore, we provide decision-makers methods and rules to decide how to reconstruct the process by implementing the deployment and the purchase of equipments.
