碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 99 / In accordance to the worldwide policies of Green Transportation (GT) and the trend of environmental protection, carrying out an effective method of promoting GT is an indispensable key to succeed in GT. In spite of people’s valuing GT increasingly in recent years in Taiwan, it is believed that GT should be integrated with a proper land use planning. Since the integration has not been established yet, the promotion of GT and land use plan is proceeding separately and slowly now.
Due to the extensive scope of related topics about GT promotion, this study only sets the aspect of policy in promoting the integration as the study scope. By reviewing related literatures and case analysis, the evaluation model for the promotion method of the integration is made. Three methods are applied in the study: 1. DANP (DEMATEL and ANP) is for analyzing data from the collected questionnaire, which was done by the government organizations, industrial circles, and academic community. Through investigating the outcome of the analysis, the criteria in the model are put in order according to the degree of the importance. 2. Permutation Method is for making practical schemes in sequence. 3. Extreme Weight Approach is for analyzing sensitivity of the above sequence, giving evidence to the sequence, and providing robustness. With the result of this study, it is hoped that the provided model with criteria and schemes can improve the existed promotion method. It is also hoped that the efficiency as well as efficacy of the method can be raised, and thus better the quality of GT environment.
