博士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 99 / The selection of Logistic Center (LC) among alternative locations is a multicriteria decision-making problem including both quantitative and qualitative criteria. How to search and plan a well-arranged Logistic Center location has became an important issue for the manufacturing development. Multiple Criteria Decision Making ( MCDM)is one of the major discipline of decision science. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one of the most popular MCDM methods, which assume that criteria are mutually independent and have characteristic of additive measurement.
The aim of the dissertateion is to link qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate and select the Logistic Center location. In the decision-making process, the human preference model is usually uncertain and it is extremely difficult for decision makers to express the strengths of their preferences. To overcome this problem, this study establishes a structured model for evaluating location selection using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to determine the weights of subjective judgments. Our dissertateion show that the most concerned factory by decision makers with Cost, followed by Resource Supply, Handling Storage System, Location and Space, Environment. The proposed models and methods can effectively summarize the views of decision makers.
