碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 系統工程暨造船學系 / 99 / The purpose of this research is to establish an informational management model for the production of FRP yacht hull. The characteristics of resins are the key factors in production process. Therefore, systematically recording parameters such as temperature, humidity, amount of resin added, etc., has become one of the main functions of this model. This feature will help quantifying the experience of yacht production process and manufacturing hull.
The model will be based on real-world cases, and incorporate various Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as well as mature technology of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). By making the requisites for installing the model acceptable, this informational management model has the potential to be universally utilized and to elevate the strength of the industry competing internationally in the future.
