碩士 / 國立聯合大學 / 土木與防災工程學系碩士班 / 99 / This research analyzes the terrain and landform of Miao-Li city by utilizing ArcGIS to delimit the watershed of rainfall sewerage skeleton line. Using the rational formula to estimate the surface runoff discharge of watershed, the hydraulic model of Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) is established to proceed the hydraulic routing. As a result, the SWMM model could simulate and get the variation of sewerage conduit water level, and also the situation of sewer junction overflow during different rainfall intensity under heavy rain.
When we apply ArcGIS, the Digital Terrain Model (DTM),the Digital Orthophoto Map (DOM), and the urban planning map of Miao-Li city are generated to draw the watershed of rainfall sewerage skeleton line. The SWMM is simulated to estimate the hydraulic trial spreadsheet in order to get the data of watershed and runoff discharge. Then,inputting these data into SWMM, the sewer junction would overflow or not can be performed.In addition, to verify the simulated results, the event record of rainfall intensity in Miao-Li city is illustrated. It is found that the locations of overflowed sewer junction, the potential flooding areas, and the historical records of flooding regions matching the present results. Hence, this research could offer the early warning of disaster prevention of rainfall sewerage system for Miao-Li city under heavy rain.
