The Phylogenetic Analysis of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Isolated from Environment of Taiwan West-costal with PFGE and LVPCs methods / 以PFGE與LVPCs方法分析台灣西部沿海環境之腸炎弧菌之親緣關係

碩士 / 東吳大學 / 微生物學系 / 99 / Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a curved, rod-shaped, Gram-negative bacterium found in saltwater, and it will cause gastrointestinal illness in humans. By monitoring the physicochemical factors of the culture environment and population of V. parahaemolyticus will provide background data to build the risk managerment system in food. The samples were collected from three oyster (Crassostrea gigas) culture farms and two hardclam (Meretrix lusoria) culture pools In Mid-South of Taiwan West Coast during September 2008 to June 2010. The phylogenetic analysis and diversity were analyzed by Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) and Large variably-resented gene clusters (LVPCs). The result showed the diversity of V. parahaemolyticuswas was higher in hardclam body and pools than in the oyster. It did not follow our prediction-the stable environment had the similar phylogenetic relationship-the under-control hardclam pools. The diversity of V. parahaemolyticus in oyster in Tainan was higher than those in Changhua, and it supported the prediction that higher diversity with higher changing environment condition in the culture farms of oyster.
