The various enterprises must make good use of the transnational resources and the technology create have flow of the value added that product, the information its sales the world, and the work flow connected, and caused its operation circulation to be smooth, but made the global resources the most effective utilization, only then could survive in the global information electronic industry competition. According to the motherboard industry phenomenon, to sell the product in our country within many enterprise it the post-sale clothing flow, take Taiwan as the leading role.
This thesis takes the motherboard industry as an example, how to discuss the establish of the most suitable overseas to service the foothold, then reduces the cost, the quality, the time and the elasticity, establishes the service transport business management pattern, expected that enables the motherboard service to achieve the effective control. This article research technique will establish the overseas by the literature analytic method discussion influence to service the foothold to send wins the essential factor; the observation grasping establishes the overseas to service operation of situation the foothold, and proposed that the related research conclusion, shows the motherboard industry after establishing the overseas service the foothold operates situation of the difference.
