A Study on Citizens’ Satisfaction for Coast Guard On-line Service System - Taking the Southern Area of Taiwan as the Example / 海巡署線上服務系統民眾滿意度研究-以南部地區為例

碩士 / 樹德科技大學 / 資訊管理系碩士班 / 99 / Applications of the Internet has gotten increasingly popular, not only forms a good environment for e-commerce development, but also makes the e-government concept into reality. Since our country has promoted e-government program with the Internet as the core, we expect to enhance administrative efficiency, and to improve the overall quality of service of the Government.
The purpose of this study is to test how the main factors, such as "system quality, service quality, information quality, and information security", impact on users’ satisfaction, in order to develop information service systems satisfied by the citizens. Therefore,the information systems success model has been used as the main research framework , and to explore the impact by using Questionnaire Survey. For the range in the southern region, the organs, groups, schools and the general public, who use Coast Guard Administration online service information system for applying for their operations of access to the port, as the objects.
By Statistics analysis, results show that seven variables, "system quality", "information quality", "service quality", "information security", " perceived easy of use ", " perceived usefulness ", and "trust", are postive impact on "user satisfaction". This means that system administrators must focus on information, system, and service quality and information security, whichare able to improve user satisfaction.
