碩士 / 淡江大學 / 中國大陸研究所碩士班 / 99 / After Mainland China entered into WTO on Dec. 11th, 2001, with the opening of domestic market, Whether in Shanghai market size, openness and public spending power are among the highest in all Chinese cities, in addition to the effects of one-child policy, China''s concern of parents for children''s education investment and consumption has been increasing.
This study is an investigation of the environments in which Taiwan enterprises invest in kindergartens of Mainland China, with a view to suggesting some feasible strategy. For our case study, we have selected Kid Castle Kindergarten and 3&3 Kindergarten as our subjects and analyzing literature, filing data.These efforts have become our source of data. After applying the SWOT Analysis on our data, we have also done a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of our internal resources with the external environments and threats, thus forming a matrix of operational strategy and proposing some feasible operational policy.
