Biological Nitrogen Removal via a Bioreactor Combining ANAMMOX and Membrane Filtration / 結合厭氧氨氧化與薄膜過濾程序之生物反應槽進行廢水生物除氮之研究

碩士 / 東南科技大學 / 防災科技研究所 / 99 / This research combined the advantages of membrane filtration and anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) process for nitrogen removal from synthetic wastewater. The experimentel results demonstrated that the optimal ratio of NH4+-N/NO2--N is about 1:1 and the nitrogen removal rate has positive relationship with nitrogen loading. In addition, a silicone aeration system was added to the bioreactor to form a double membranes, single bioreactor for simultaneous nitrification and deritrification. According to the batch and continuous experiments.simultaneous nitrification and deritrification was occurred in the bioreactor. Therefore, it is possible to remove ammonium in the double membranes bioreactor. The experimental results also show that membrane fouling is caused by filtration cake. This problem can be solved by nitrogen gas back wash. The critical transmembrane pressure(TMP) of the system is about 1.5 L/m2/H. According to the total organic carbon (TOC) monitoring in the effluent, EPS produced by the ANAMMOX bacteria is not significant. Thus, cost down the operation cost of the bioreactor. Making the bioreactor more feasible for actual application.
