碩士 / 萬能科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 99 / With the rapid change of the industrial environment, and the financial turmoil in 2008, many enterprises have to gain their interests from foreign markets. However, how to choose the right talents is the significant issue for companies. Therefore, the important factors that could define the success are to improve organizational commitment, to match their personal career planning and raise their willingness of overseas expatriation.
In this study, which is conducted by questionnaire survey, is set the technology industry as the research object. Totally 500 questionnaires are distributed from March 1 to April 15, 2011. The amount of 427 questionnaires retrieved, and the retrieve rate is 80.4%. The reliability analysis, the factor analysis, and the structural equation model are the main data analysis methods.
Data analysis showed that the reliability analysis, the validity analysis, and the moderate are all good. Through this research, we incisively analyze the organizational commitment, respectively, individual career planning and willingness to appointment abroad. The results of hypothesis show: 1.The value of commitment does have a significant relationship with the career planning. 2. The efforts commitment does have a significant relationship with the career planning 3. The efforts commitment does have a significant relationship with the career strategy. 4. The career strategy does have a positive relationship with the willingness of overseas expatriation. 5. The retention commitment does have a positive relationship with the willingness of overseas expatriation. To support the enterprises to achieve the success of overseas expatriation, this study will provide the related improvements and recommendations.
