碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 企業管理系碩士班 / 99 / According to information, Taiwan investment in mainland China from 1983 . And now in 2011, Taiwanese investment in China is not only for short-term investments, but also is devoted to the business.
Therefore, Taiwan’s parent company encountered a major problem in cost of personnel. Literature shows that multinational companies should be need the local management in the end, and parent company subsidiary of the authority given to the more right as possible, because local management is important to have good performance. Management strategy may be subject to local control system differently, and the parent company for subsidiary is degrees of authorized and the characteristics of investment projects in their respective industries are affected differently.
The purpose of this study is local management of the parent company can bring more efficiency. The results showed that formal control systems and ventures exclusively a significant relationship between the local management, while the authorized level of management and performance is no significant relationship between the local management.
