The study of micrometeorology and transport theory to investigate the relationship between BVOCs flux and environmental factors at medium-high altitude / 運用微氣象與大氣傳輸理論探討中高海拔BVOCs 通量與環境因子相關性之研究

碩士 / 雲林科技大學 / 環境與安全工程系碩士班 / 99 / The vegetation emitted biogenic volatile organic compounds(BVOCs)and readily reacted with hydroxyl radicals(OH-)and nitrogen oxides(NOx)to produce ozone(O3)and secondary organic aerosol. However, the quantification of VOC exchanging on the ecosystem scale were still an analytical challenge. In the present study, we validated and applied two micrometeorological approaches: multi-relaxed eddy accumulation(MPREA) and eddy covariance(EC)to measure the flux of BVOCs with flux tower at medium altitude(1,200 m)near Chia-Yee in middle Taiwan from March 2008 to February 2009, and compared with the result at high altitude (3,450 m)in Hehuan mountain. The 174 samples were collected in the field. The empirical coefficient(β)and the atmospheric stability were measured and calculated to confirm the stability and reliability of the MPREA system. Nine species including isoprene and monoterpene were detected using gas chromatograph with FID. The flux of BVOCs were assessed and integrated with environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity and photosynthesis active radiation(PAR).
The similarities between seasonal and hourly monoterpene flux in the day were accounted for most of the BVOCs, and the flux strongly depended on temperature and PAR. In addition to isoprene flux correlated with the light, the research has found the relative relationship between the time delay(time lag)on carbon dioxide flux. The correlation(r)of isoprene and G93-isoprene emission factors were 0.89, monoterpene and G95-monoterpene emission factor were 0.87. Measurement height had influence on the effective fetch, we could use the effective fetch with other meteorological parameters and factors to assess the atmospheric stability in middle latitude and affect on the BVOCs flux.
