碩士 / 國防大學理工學院 / 機械工程碩士班 / 100 / With increasingly shrinking defense budget, the Integrated Logistics Support must be taken to do the most effective logistics management for maintaining operation performance, maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance costs. It's also an important issue to import the appropriateness of the architecture specification and to effectively integrate various job of systems. This study investigates how to apply the structural-functional analysis to design the logistical framework and ensure that logistics operations meet the measure of performance and measure of effectiveness.
This research focuses on the warranty maintenance in logistics support and develops the DoD architecture framework products by using the operational view and system view. All the products are available for computer interpretation and can be tested by dynamic simulation model. In order to test the feasibility and reasonableness of the products, some of them are tested by using the ARENA software. The results show that the staffing and resource allocation products are feasible and reasonable. The final results of the research can provide the required information to the Army for the future organizational growth planning and operations control.
