We will discuss the national security strategy through the case of the relationship crisis between Taiwan and China 1996. The advantage of our national security system and how to improve it will be discussed as well. The highly relevance between information procedure, administrative efficiency, supervising organization, crisis control, media (the five major factors) and national security, intelligence are impossible to ignore.
