Passenger Satisfaction on Implementation of Airport Development in Taiwan's offshore island / 從旅客服務品質探討離島機場發展之落實

碩士 / 中華科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 100 / Along with Open Sky Policy in the past, air traffic sees big increase, prompted the airlines to continue strive radically in the quality of service. In recent years, Formosa Highway and High Speed Rail bring convenient traffic. Significantly reduce the usage of domestic routes at Taiwan airport, and bring a huge loss at the airport, such as Pingtung Airport forced to close on August 10, 2011. Contrarily, according to the Magong Airport and Kinmen Airport public information learned that airline passenger demand of Magong Airport were 17 million and 3thousand,18 million and 38 thousand, 20 million and 10 thousand people year by year growth in 2009, 2010, 2011.On the other hand, airline passenger demand of Kinmen Airport also were 1,9 million and 87 thousand, 2,0 million and 95 thousand, 22 million and 42 thousand people year by year growth in 2009, 2010, 2011. According to the statistics that airline passenger demand increase can bring the unlimited business opportunities on implementation of airport development in Taiwan's ,Magong airport and Kinmen airport. In this study, we use factor analysis and IS-technique to exemine the perception of service level from passenger and then explore the airport development in Magong Airport and Kinmen Airport.
