碩士 / 中華科技大學 / 航空運輸研究所在職專班 / 100 / This study discuss the relationship between the cabin crew safety climate and cabin safety performance, to understand if the cabin crew safety climate will effect cabin safety performance. How to keep the high quality of cabin safety performance, on the airlines' part, is to inculcate the cabin crew complete and correct safety flight conception, and to proceed strict cabin safety training, it makes the cabin crew can handle it appropriately when the emergency situation comes up.It can not only reduce the happening of risk of cabin safety, but also promote cabin safety performance of the airlines.
The object of the questionnaire of this study is the cabin crew of six home airlines, the purpose is to understand the cabin crew's opinion to their companys' the cabin crew safety climate and cabin safety performance, and to discuss the relationship between the cabin crew safety climate and cabin safety performance.We can comprehend that cabin crew safety climate has five factors： 「Commitment of the management」 、 「Training of cabin safety」 、 「communication」 、 「Schedual」 and 「Teamwork」 by 「Factor analysis」、「Regression analysis」and 「Analysis of variance」, and the results indicate that six home airlines' cabin crew safety climate positively influences cabin safety performance.
