碩士 / 中華大學 / 資訊工程學系碩士班 / 100 / Navigation support is one of the important issues in context-aware u-learning, which has been addressed by many researchers. In literature, it has been shown that navigation support mechanisms are able to promote the learning efficiency of students. However, when the distances between learning targets in an u-learning environment are far apart, the learning efficiency might be affected owing to the time needed for students to move from one learning target to another. On the other hand, when the u-learning environment is overcrowded, the learning efficiency could also be affected because the students need to spend a lot of time on waiting for some learning targets to be released. To cope with those problems, a novel learning framework, namely the hybrid ubiquitous learning environment, is proposed. Moreover, a navigation supported mechanism which suits for the new framework is also proposed and implemented. The experimental results show that with proper navigation support, students perform better in the proposed environment.
