碩士 / 致理技術學院 / 服務業經營管理研究所 / 100 / As Customs administrates the importing and exporting of goods and entrance and departure of travels, it is one of the important departments of a government. Thus, this study focused on the staffs of Customs of Taiwan, R.O.C. to investigate the relationship between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational culture as the mediating effect on the relationships between psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior. There were 430 questionnaires sent out to the staffs of banks in Taiwan, and there were 408 copies are valid. The valid samples were analyzed by hierarchy regression using SPSS software. The results showed that (1) Transactional psychological contract is negatively related to organizational citizenship behavior. (2) Relational psychological contract is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. (3) Both supportive organization culture and innovative organization culture is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior. (4) Supportive organization culture has moderating effect on the relationship between relational psychological contract and organizational citizenship. (5) Innovative organization culture has moderating effect on the relationship between transactional psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior. behavior. (6) Innovative organization culture has moderating effect on the relationship between relational psychological contract and organizational citizenship behavior.
