Relationship between Cultural Content and Cultural Development of Two Straits Cultural and Creative Industries - Comparison Study of Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Taipei Cities / 兩岸文化創意城市文化內涵度與文化發展力關係之研究─上海、北京、杭州、深圳、台北五城市之比較分析

碩士 / 中原大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 100 / The trend of ‘soft power’ has raised recently: cultural and creative industries become main industries in the 21st century. The key successful element of cultural and creative industries is the culture heritage. Without culture is like a person who has no soul. The five thousand years of Chinese culture is a priceless asset between two-straits. For this study we hope that can construct a distinctive cultural and creative industries and cities by providing helpful plan and development, policy support and nurturing of talents.
Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between ‘the cultural content’ and ‘the cultural development’ of the top five cultural and creative industries between two-straits. Based on related research and literature review, variables are selected in this thesis, including: (1) ‘The cultural content’ is divided into ‘the resources content’, ‘the atmosphere content’ and ‘the quality content’. (2) ‘The cultural development’ is divided into ‘the industry development’, ‘the market development’ and ‘the extension development’. (3) ‘The cities of cultural and creative power’ is divided into ‘the city types’, ‘the city scale’ and ‘the museum intensive’. (4) ‘The Cities of output power’ is divided into ‘the tourist number’, ‘the luxury stationary point’ and ‘the service industry proportion’. (5) Top five of cultural and creative cities ranking are chosen.
According to questionnaire survey, this study explores the differences of ‘the cultural content’, ‘the cultural development’, ‘the cities of cultural and creative power’ and ‘the cities of output power’, which obtains 421 effective responses and find that (1) There is a close relationship between ‘the cultural content’ and ‘the cultural development’. And ‘the cultural development’ also includes ‘the industry development’, ‘the market development’ and ‘the extension development’. (2) ‘The museum intensive’ can influence ‘the cultural content’, which belongs to ‘the cities of cultural and creative power’. And ‘the cultural content’ also includes ‘the resources content’ and ‘the atmosphere content’. (3) Top five cultural and creative cities between two-straits have a priceless assets of Chinese culture, language, location as well. Because of the same resources, there is no evident difference among ‘the cultural content’ and ‘the cultural development’.
