碩士 / 朝陽科技大學 / 休閒事業管理系碩士班 / 100 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among recreational scuba diving instructor’s job characteristics, flow experience and job satisfaction. Rolling snow sampling was used by this study. The collection of the data was from 2012/04/01 to 2012/05/31. A total of 300 questionnaires had been distributed, of which collected 246 valid samples had been retrieved and the response rate was 82%. SPSS12.0 software was used for this study. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test and regression analysis.
The findings of this study were as follows:
1. The job characteristics of recreational scuba diving instructors were partially significant differences with their properties.
2. The flow experience of recreational scuba diving instructors were partially significant differences with their properties.
3. The job satisfaction of recreational scuba diving instructors were partially significant differences with their properties.
4. The job characteristics of recreational scuba diving instructors were related significantly with flow experience.
5. The job characteristics of recreational scuba diving instructors significantly influence on job satisfaction.
6. The flow experience of recreational scuba diving instructors significantly influence on job satisfaction.
