Analysis of Heat Transfer Performance for Impingement Jet Applied in Heat Sink / 噴流應用於散熱鰭片之熱傳分析

碩士 / 遠東科技大學 / 機械工程研究所 / 100 / This paper discusses the heat transfer characteristics of air impinging jet on plate heat sink. Way of a fixed heat flux, the heat source heating the center of the plate heat sink below; nozzle placed above the heat sink, the air through the nozzle, the impinging of the cooling fins on the flatbed, the cold fluid into the fin gap in the heat bring out, in order to achieve the cooling of purpose.
In this study, a numerical simulation to explore the flat plate heat sink under different parameters, the temperature field and velocity field changes, and produced in accordance with the numerical model experiment platform to validate the reliability of the numerical results. Experimental parameters are: the nozzle diameter, Reynolds number, the impinging of distance.
The distance from the impinging of the jet to cover the range of cooling fins, jet gas come into contact with the fin area the greater the temperature will lower; impinging strength due to the impinging of increasing distance is reduced, thereby reducing cooling effectiveness, so the impinging of distance change required with the Reynolds number, in order to produce the best thermal efficiency. The results show that the impinging distance of 120mm when to have the lowest thermal resistance; more than 120mm, because the distance from the louder, the air diffusion, the speed decreases, the thermal resistance but significantly increased.
