In the case food and beverage services less than the international dining joined the chain system,in order to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized's join the chain system,in this study,to think through relationship between franchisors and franchisees to enhance,from the point of view of structured will be able to grasp why the key to join a process of mutual influence,thereby improving the value of joining together lock system operation management of the relationship between,increase behaviors contribute to the quality of the relationship between franchisees on the headquarters of the chain system。
Franchising industry in the benign interaction,franchisors will be able to implement franchisees since the competent management strengthen the attainment joining the close cooperation between the two,play results for the overall operation and performance to join the chain system is bound。
Study to analyze the relationship between governance factors and their impact on the relationship between the value of,Intermediary dimensions of causality, and relationship quality。The study concluded that,management innovation, market orientation and corporate social responsibility for the factors that influence the relationship between governance。
This study: Morning Kitchen Company chain an empirical study,research and analysis,the empirical results,stable relationship between the governance mechanisms can help narrow the cooperative relationship between franchisors and franchisees,and produce to maximize the valfue of the impact of the relational schema。Last,this study investigated the relationship between governance mechanisms affect the managerial implications of the relationship value and relationship quality,and future research recommendations。
