The Study Of The Relationship Of Organizational Change Leadership Style And Job Satisfaction Correlation-Take The Marine Corps Recruit Training Centre / 組織變革下領導風格與工作滿意度之研究-以海軍陸戰隊新兵訓練中心為例

碩士 / 義守大學 / 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 / 100 / In this study, the Marine Corps Recruit Training Center staff hope to explore the relevance of organizational change, leadership style and job satisfaction. At the same time, the mediating effect within was tested; and recommendations for the study were as a reference on management practices. Questionnaire was used in this study, a total of 188 questionnaires were distributed, the recovery was 82.4%, and results showed that:
1.Leader actively involved in organizational change would help protect the right of their employees, The more they recognize the benefits after the change, the greater the effectiveness will be reached.
2.Employees actively involved in organizational change would have less doubt in mind; therefore, they will put more efforts into their jobs, which improves job satisfaction.
3.Employers must treat their employees with greater care while they put more efforts into their jobs. Recogrition between peers would improve the identification of the organization, which brings a greater effect on the leadership.
4.In terms of the employces' efforts, relationship between peers, and organizational identity, integrated leaders are more suitable for the unit's leadership style as opposed to caring leadership and mecharism leadership.
