碩士 / 開南大學 / 國際企業學系 / 100 / The object of this study is identical with aquaculture research of National Agriculture Biotechnology Plan. According to that plan, majority Aquarium fish Industry still belongs to conventional industries in Taiwan. Therefore, it is necessarily and urgent to implement Ubiquitous Supply Chain Management (USCM)、Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) and Customer Relationship Management(CRM) to augment enterprises' management ability in this fast changing world.
This study survey the Critical Success Factors(CSF) crucial to Ornamental Fish Industry, and collected questionnaire form professional expertise. Secondly, I combined two method of GRA and DANP, and figure out CSFs for ornamental fish industry. Finally, we use PGLIP method to analyzed questionnaire collected from specialists , figuring out the optimum solution of implementing USCM、ERP and CRM.
According to the result, there main key factors of successful implementing USCM are: Stability of technique, sufficiency of equipment, and the difficult degree to operate. Also, we figured out top three successful factors of ERP are: Accuracy of information, Responds to customer request promptly, and Precisely communication. Third, three important elements for CRM are: Better customer satisfaction, Better interaction with customer, and Instant information for new product.
Besides, I conducted a further research by integrated questionnaire data to PGLIP method, and figure out we can help enterprise adopt six method to improve profit under maximum cost constraint. According to results, three solutions belongs to USCM, and two factors belongs to ERP field. And only one element is in CRM area.
This study can provide practical reference material in investigating USCM, ERP and CRM, and make contribution to National Agriculture Biotechnology Plan in the future.
