Analysis and Design of Heatsinks for a High Power LED Lamp / 高功率LED燈具散熱鰭片設計與分析

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 機械與精密工程研究所 / 101 / High power, high brightness LED light are widely used for the current lighting tools. Compared with the traditional incandescent light, LED light’s long life, energy saving use of low cost, brightness adjustable, low pollution without mercury and high-polluting substances are the advantages. These advantages make the LED light develop quickly in the lighting application and will replace the traditional lighting into the future lighting source. Traditional incandescent light will convert 90% of the energy into useless heat, only less than 10% of the energy is converted into light. Contrast LED will be 20% into visible light and 80% is converted into heat loss. However, LED light-emitting chip volume small formation of accumulated heat is not easy to diverge, thereby affecting the LED illumination and life. Therefore it becomes a very important issue in the design of the heat sink in the research and development of high-power LED light.
In this study, using the simulation software package, CFD Simulation and Analysis of experimental and numerical simulation. By numerical methods to solve the LED’s flow field, temperature changes, heat transfer effect and verify to experimental results to confirm the correctness of the simulation and reliability. After LED lighting fin design, discussing the number of fins, the external shape and material to achieve the best cooling capacity. Finally, I will design parameter integration in order to facilitate future exhibition of the LED lamps continued.
