The positive change of Shanghai and its upcoming explosive strength are optimistically expected by the public. As for the economic movement, we can take real estate industry and construction industry as leading indicators. Along with the aggressive westward expansion for Taiwanese Businessmen, they either invest by individual fund or go with strategic partnership. Shanghai city is defiantly the first choice for both, and the construction industry is for sure an option for bold investment.

By using Shanghai construction company F’s brand assessment as the research target, and accompany with environmental and political investigation, this study aim to provide Taiwanese Businessmen an alternative reference and guidance when they seek for solely investment or partnership.
