Photocatalytic Properties of Electrospun Hierarchical “Cancellous Bone-Like” Microstructures Assembled by Crystalline TiO2 Nanonet / 電紡絲法製備結晶性二氧化鈦奈米網所組成的階層性海綿骨狀微結構物及其光催化性質研究

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 化學工程與材料工程系 / 100 / The aim of this study is for enhancing TiO2 photocatalystic properties by electrospinning hierarchical “Cancellous Bone-Like” microstructures assembled by TiO2 nanonet with different P doping amounts. The final products were used in the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible light irradiation to evaluate the photocatalytic degradation efficiency.

From the results of photocatalytic properties, SEM images of TiO2 showed hierarchical “Cancellous Bone-Like” microstructures after calcined at 500℃or 600℃. The maximum BET specific surface areas of the P-doped TiO2, 205.45 m2/g, was about four times than the one of Degussa P25.The XRD patterns of all the experimental sample revealed anatase TiO2.

In a comparison of the degradation ratio of methylene blue (MB) on all different catalyst samples under 450 W visible light irradiation, The sample with doping 0.951 mmole DBP showed the highest photocatalytic degradation activity as the extent of degradation reached nearly 99% in just 10 minutes. It needed 40 minutes for Degussa P25. Hence the P doping ratio obviously raised the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.
