An Improved Design and Stress Analysis of Passenger Ladders for Amphibious Vehicles (Duck Tour) / 水陸兩用車(鴨子船)乘客用梯之改良設計與應力分析

碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 機械與精密工程研究所 / 100 / The objective of this thesis is to provide the new type of folding passenger ladders for amphibious vehicles(Duck Tour of Kaohsiung city).According to the motor vehicle and driver laws as well as considering the requirements of geometry dimensions also the safety standards. Three design cases, to improve the defects of the current passenger ladder, in fact, the double-joints three-parts folding ladder, the connected-slide folding ladder and the parallel linkage folding ladder are recommended in this work. After the process of the conception design, the models construction and the interference inspection are completed by the Siolidworks platform. The dynamics simulation and 3D animation are also down by the 3ds Max package to reconfirm the motion of folding. Sequentially, the ANSYS software is adopted to perform the analysis of finite element for each design cases through two kinds of materials selecting and potential passenger moving load setting. Finally, the analyzed shown those proposed design cases. Satisfy the strain, the deformation, the safety requirement and feasible use of the application for the Duck Tour all.
