碩士 / 高苑科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 100 / The relations between the enterprise and politics seems closed and complicated and worth to explore in may perspectives. Since scandals happened like Enron Corporation, Barings Bank, Procomp Informatics Ltd., Lee & Li Attorneys-At-Law, UMC & He Jian Technology, and China Rebar Co., China Trust, etc., the study on the issues about the business ethics, cooperate governance and leadership are coming important. Especially the cases of the UMC & He Jian Technology in 2005 and China Rebar Co in 2006 have caused major impact on Taiwan's economy. Hence, this research focuses on the relations between the enterprise and government from the ethical perspective, take both cases for example. It is indeed through this research we should review and redefine the relationship between the enterprise and the politics, and the governmental social responsibility and its role.
