It not only has unlimited market on how to satisfy the demand of silvery-haired group, also appeal to many investors invest in developing product to the group. Compared with retired teachers’ group, they have stable economic condition, better strength and action, high level education and attention to quality of life, so the demand of participating in traveling abroad is more significant.
The result of research shows that the retired silvery-haired teachers participate in traveling activity analyze by four aspects, such as teachers’ personnel character, human relationship, social support and participant aspiration. Adopt questionnaire investigation; investigate 200 above 50 years old retired teachers to research and survey by “the retired silvery-haired teachers participate in traveling abroad questionnaire.” To realize the situation of silvery-haired group’s participants aspiration, conclude it and make specific suggestions provide for the group self or relation.
According to the result of research , the conclusion of the study is following：
1. The personnel character of the retired teachers has significant influence on participant aspiration.
2. The strength of human relationship affects the participant aspiration of the retired teachers significant.
3. The social support influence the retired teachers on participating in traveling abroad are significant.
