碩士 / 康寧大學 / 休閒資源暨綠色產業研究所 / 100 / In recent years, the demands for the leisure traveling are increased with the higher living quality. Sightseeing business of scenic spots and villages are often cooperated with local festivals, gourmets and products.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the traveling motivation, satisfaction and willingss to revisit Dongshih Fisherman Wharf. Convenience sampling was used in this study. There were 175 questionnaires sent out, and 161 of them were collected back and defined as effective questionnaires.
The data analysis included descriptive statistics, factor analysis, credibility analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, post hoc Scheff’s method and importance-performance analysis (IPA). The results were as followed:the majority of visitors were females, age ranged between 30 to 39, college educated, residing in the central and southern part of Taiwan.
Significant results were found in traveling motivation, satisfaction and willingness to revisit.
There was a positive relationship between traveling motivation and satisfaction.
There was a positive relationship between satisfaction and willingness to revisit.
The goal of this study was to make suggestions to authorities for guiding the future improvement, organization and management of the Dongshih Fisherman Wharf according to the results of IPA and other analysis.
