碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 資訊管理學系碩士班 / 100 / When the shipwreck occurs, effectively controlling the situation and making decision are necessary. In order to improve rescue efficiency, this study cited mathematical model and build a rescue system.
System is divided into three functional modules for development:(1)World Wind functional module.(2)Rescue decision-making module.(3)User interface module. When finished the system, through the World Wind platform it can present information visualization and user interface management information, it can also optimized through mathematical models to support.
System implemented in JAVA, designing user interface by JAVA SWT library. Finally using the case of the actual shipwreck testing system, and enhance the efficiency of rescue.
