碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 企業管理學系專班 / 100 / When the organizations are encountered by external compression, they always try to change their own conditions, including organizational structure adjustment, or change the rules to fit in the external environment. In terms of the topic of organization change, there were many relevant points to have studied in the past. As for local companies, the research on foreign employees joining the organization and then becoming a manager remains scant. Particularly, the study company is not a global company or foreign, it should be managed by local staff mainly. Based on the view, the purpose of this research is to discuss what kind of reaction will be owned by staff under the deviation of leadership style through the actual experience.
This study focused on three stages of study company which comprehend the effect on knowledge learning (or sharing) and working attitude under the change of leadership style by interviewing the case participator. In the meantime, the researchers who are familiar with the background of study company try to generalize the result as below.
1. The view point of language: After foreign managers joined the organization, they shared the technical experience with local staff. The local employees could improve their English ability in the working environment.
2. The view point of knowledge learning (or sharing): Good incentive mechanism will enhance the intension of knowledge sharing.
3. The view point of the requirement of foreign manager: The local managers master the organization and hire the foreign professional technical staff to be consultants. It is suitable for local enterprises.
