The Determinants from International Logistics Zone to The City as a Terminal / 從國際運籌港區至商流轉運城市影響因素之探討

It can provide enterprises the process of adding value and make use of software and hardware facilities to proceeding transportation, storage and value-added product function to promote the operating performance. With the trends of globalization of economy, enterprises attempt to leverage global resources to upgrade efficiency of logistics system itself.

The study explores the factors of international logistic companies which set up in International Logistics Zone by emperical analysis. First, the study tries to use Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to find out the enterprises consideration factors and the results show the priority in “cost and activity efficiency”, “geo-location” , “basic infrastructure” , “link of transportation” , “government policy” , “opearting environment” and “industry and market”. Moreover, the study also uses Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyse the development of International Logistics Zone. The empirical results show the directions of “opearting environment” , “government policy” and “link of transportation” to “industry and market”are intensely and positively influnced. It is respond to the association with view of “the city as a terminal” as well, which provides supportive industrial service, commercial business activities and enviroment.
