Applications of Infrared CO2 Gas Analyzer to Measure the Production of the Benthic Microalgae in Kaomei Wetlands / 應用紅外線二氧化碳分析儀量測高美濕地底棲微藻淨生產量

碩士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 電機工程學系 / 100 / The study aims to improve and integrate the measuring methods of closed-path CO2 gas analyzer. A customized closed-path incubator with semicircle transparent acrylic is developed according to the environment to connect the gas with infrared CO2 gas analyzer by pump and gas circulating system at inlet and outlet. Through the non-dispersive infrared detecting technique, the analyzer can measure CO2 concentration and save related information between CO2 concentration and environmental factors by data recorder. The proposed analyzer can reduce connecting units and exposed wirings of the measuring equipments, decrease exposion and the risk of moving the precise equipment and shorten the time to clean and maintain the equipment. The integrated measuring facility is applied to measure the CO2 concentration of Kaomei Wetlands, located in central Taiwan, by linear regression method and calculate net community production (NCP) to understand the change of ground micro-algal. These related environmental factors, such as light, seasons, ground roughness and soil species, can therefore provide researchers to evaluate net community production of wetland species along the coast.
