碩士 / 國立嘉義大學 / 幼兒教育學系研究所 / 100 / This research estimated Hakka life school applying Hakka Hoi-Fung accent teaching in Happy Elementary School as the example. The research use interview, observation and paper as demonstration. In this case study, the interviewers include principal, manager, two of teachers, six of social people, six of students and researcher as an instructor who all have Hakka background. The findings of the study are listed in the following:
1.Motivation in this case study: how to face the low birth rate, how to utilize the Hakka community cultural resource, what recognition of Hakka language by social people, what benefits from Council for Hakka Affairs to participate Hakka life school, and how to promote Hakka language by Ministry of Education.
2.The concepts in this case study: multicultural societies experiencing makes affection for Hakka language and culture, mother language develops Hakka environmental education, and heritage of Hakka Hoi-Fung language spirit keeps Sustainable.
3.Methods of teaching in this case study: Hakka language teaching into natural environment trains students’ self-learning skill and direct instruction teaches Taiwanese Hakka Pin-Yi.
4.The distress in this case study: one teaching class per week is inefficient, the teaching of Hakka teacher are not universal, text, pronunciation and writing are unified, the school administration is hard to deploy curriculum, the social people are not supportive fully, community environment affects students’ learning, junior high students lack the Hakka language environment because of education strategies.
5.The opinions of social people in this case study: for offering their power to feedback to community warfare, they agree with teachers’ devoting, and students have more confidence from learning by joining every events.
6.The advantages of improving Hakka Hoi-Fung accent learning: the imperceptibly learning to promote children's positive outlook on life, the multicultural
experience to increase group cohesion, and really fulfill the Hakka life school.
According to the results, there some commends to government, school and research in the future are provided as following:
1.The commends to government: try to implement the universality in teachers, do the Hakka language certification continuously, and publish the correct vision of text and phonics
2.The commends to school: Hakka Hoi-Fung accent teaching into natural environment is essential, making Hakka language to communicate with parents, and binding union teaching to communities
3.The commends to research: the study focus on graduated elementary students learning Hakka Hoi-Fung accent research in the future
