A Study on Constructing Foreign location decision of Aerospace Industry / 建構我國航太產業海外設廠區位選擇之研究

碩士 / 國防大學管理學院 / 財務管理學系 / 100 / The development of Aerospace Industry is related to economic competition advantages and defense security. Because of Economic Globalization, Most of advanced countries proceeds integration of cross-nations by international business activities. This research applied the UNISON decision framework to find out the factors of location which are influence the foreign location decision for Aerospace Industry. After collecting the related literatures and interviewing the expert according to industrial peculiarity, the study extracted five influencing objectives, the sixteen sub-objectives and three cross-sectional locations of investment choice. Applied the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the study explored the weight and priority vector of each objectives and sub-objectives for the alternative of location. The priorities are: (1) Government policy, (2) Ownership specific advantage, (3) Risk of Investment, (4) Scale of market and (5) Production cost. According to the priority vector, the priorities of location choice are (1) United States, (2) Mainland China and (3) Singapore. The result of the study rationally is in a discreetness process which is better reference for policy decision of key manager. Suggestion the manufacturers of Aerospace Industry could combine local advantage with internal source. That could create spillovers of externalities. Also could increase the competitive advantage and effective investment.
