碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 漁業生產與管理研究所 / 100 / The study focuses on the inhabitants’ satisfaction who live in the Sin-Gana Community of Yong-An District, both on the direction of communal future plan of the rich fishing villages and the present communal construction.
During the period from December, 2011 to February, 2012, investigation to those inhabitants by means of questionnaire was implemented. Total issuing number was 450; retrieved number was 337; valid number was 308; and validness is 68 %.
Descriptive statistics, examination of independent-samples t-test, element analysis and analysis of single factor variation as well as the Pearson’s relevant analysis and important performance analysis (IPA) were applied to analyze the collected data. The results are elaborated as below：
1. Hypothesis relating to residents’ personal information is different and which differentiates the communal resources and the overview of developed problems. It is partially accepted.
2. Hypothesis relating to communal resources, the overview of developed problems, and the importance of the future developing plan are closely related. It is accepted.
3. Hypothesis relating to communal resources, the overview of developed problems, and the personal satisfaction are closely associated. It is partially accepted.
4. Hypothesis relating to how much the premium is being put on the fishing village’s future developing plan and the inhabitants’ present satisfaction are apparently distinct. It is mostly accepted.
Based on the aforementioned discussion, directions on future planning of the Sin-Gana Community at Yong-An District should be suggested as following: 「Developing and transferring Yong-An fish market into a tourist fish market」,「Facilities and landscape of the new-harbor-dike shore」, 「Paths and environment of the terrestrial fish farm and community」, 「Mangrove landscape and trail facilities」, 「Facilities of breeding pipes and the dredge of water-guided path of the terrestrial fish farm」, 「Establishing salt-related museum 」, 「Building of the breeding pipes and the seaside sandy beach」, 「Overall development of the marine pasture 」, 「Establishing the artificial fishing reef to cultivate fishing resources 」, 「Combination of the ecological set-net fishery and cage attached marine platform」. Ten suggestions aforementioned are used as references to develop and reform the rich fishing villages’ planning and management of the community in the future for local government and fishermen association.
