Therefore, this study intends to informed Kaohsiung Vessel Status Reporting Smartphone System to provide mobile communications features, for example, industry agents of shipping companies, port, loading and unloading forwarder and the Hong Kong meet the Vessel berthing operations contractor personnel as a sample object to the questionnaire France conducted a questionnaire survey; the questionnaire in this study mainly to the "Information system value" information system service quality, perceived value, perceived availability, perceived behavioral control "," satisfaction "and" re-use intent dimensions to measure the satisfaction of users in using the mobile communication function of the system. To sample a total of 172 questionnaire respondents had, respectively, partial least squares method (Partial Least Square, PLS,) and SPSS software for data analysis and model validation. The results show that Kaohsiung Vessel dynamic communications provided by the mobile communication features of the integrated system the value of information system services, information system service quality will positively influence user satisfaction, users'' personal perceived value "and" perceived availability and perceived behavioral control "dimensions will be positive impact on their satisfaction with the system, and thus intention and perceived behavioral control" positive impact on re-use of the system by the users'' satisfaction .
