The time of questionnaire distributed was from February to March, 2012. The research population included one city and five rural townships of Penghu County. The collected data used SPSS 12.0 for descriptive statistical analysis, and LISREL 8.80 to conduct confirmatory factor analysis, and research testing the relationship between constructs. The results of this study found the direct impact of early-life coastal recreation experience on place attachment did not reach significant levels. Early-life coastal recreation experience affected leisure involvement directly. Leisure involvement experience affected place attachment directly. The direct impact of early-life coastal recreation experience on environmentally responsible behavior did not reach significant levels. Leisure involvement experience affected environmentally responsible behavior directly. Place attachment experience affected environmentally responsible behavior directly.
