碩士 / 國立臺中教育大學 / 教育學系 / 100 / The research mainly aims to probe the development and practice of elementary school principal's professionalization in Taiwan and Mainland China, compare the similarity and the difference of elementary school principal's professionalization between Taiwan and Mainland China, and finally afford some suggestions for the implementation of Principal's professional growth a policy in Taiwan.By using document and literature analysis and G. Z. F. Bereday comparison research methods to understand the developmental contents and practical conditions ensure elementary school principal's professionalization divided into four segments as appointment system, qualifications condition, cultivation system, management system in Taiwan and Mainland China.
The researcher draws the conclusions as follows:
1.The principal lacks of professionalization to turn index sign to lead to a principal professional foundation top in Taiwan.
2. The principal appoints way process publicly. To guarantee principal's professional service and professional spirit in Taiwan.
3. The way that principal cultivate system in the mainland region adopts rating , matches the characteristic that the professional organization, professional training, professional growth that the profession turns needs.
4. The region in mainland is limited by the political system, influence a principal professional independence and profession ethics.
