碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 100 / The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of different concentration (5, 10 and 20 mg/L) of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) on malachite green (MG) and leucomalachite (LMG) in general sediments and different pH (6 and 8) sediments which added part with 100 μg/kg MG and LMG immersed in freshwater and seawater. Sampled of sediments was collected at 1, 2, 4, 7, 14 and 28 days and analyzed for MG and LMG. Bath treatment of a concentration (0.5 mg/L) of MG in red tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) for 1 hour, then take down the steak and treatment of different concentrations (50, 100 and 200 mg/L) of ClO2 and sampled of muscle at 30, 60, 120 ,240 and 480 mins and analyzed for MG and LMG.
The results of sediments experiment showed that concentration of 20 mg/L ClO2 was effective and it has significant effect in 1 day after treatment for MG and LMG. The part of different pH of sediments experiment showed that pH 6 was effective after treatment of 20 mg/L of ClO2 ,the results of experiment also showed that MG and LMG are more easily to reduction in the acidic environment.
The results of red tilapia steak experiment showed that after bath treatment of MG for 1 hour, the concentration of MG and LMG in muscle are 8.53 and 112.25 μg/kg , it showed that LMG is the main residue in the muscle. Then treatment of different concentrations of ClO2, the concentration of 200 mg/L ClO2 was effective and it has significant effect in 30 minutes after treatment, the concentration of MG and LMG are 5.88 and 52.50 μg/kg , and continued degradation until 240 minutes for MG and LMG. But the concentration of LMG still increase in control, 50 and 100 mg/L treatment group after treatment for 30 minutes (129.32、124.15 and 127.50 μg/kg), and started degradation at 60 minutes.
