碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 100 / The port engineering design and management is usually performed by experienced estimators. When the artificers lack of facilities experience, the engineering will be lead to construction losses and project overdue. In order to enhance economic efficiency and to save the duration of the schedule, this study will introduce a concept of “Building Information Modeling” to avoid construction conflicts.
This study applies BIM technology to combine contract items with drawings to define the components for Wonderful wharf engineering, caisson-type wharf engineering and wave energy dissipating engineering. Building 3D construction model for each target case, then import the construction schedule to compose 4D model and visual port construction scheduling simulation. In addition, under the consideration of the duration of impact factors, the relative errors of the simulated construction days compared with the actual construction days will be probably less than 7%, showing advantages to provide good construction management application for the future pier engineering.
