碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 100 / The purpose of this thesis was based on qualitative analysis. Due to high benefits concerned, it is hard to avoid business conflicts in partnership of container shipping strategies alliance.
The findings of above problem are as follows:
1.Container shipping companies lack experience to solve the conflict.
2.Container shipping companies lack experience to deal with practical problems.
The finding of this study are as below:
1. Container shipping companies can seek the best solution to enhance cooperation in strategies alliance.
2. Container Shipping companies can operate business more efficiently and enhance the competitiveness in shipping market.
It is expected that the findings of this study can serve as a good reference for Taiwan container shipping companies.
