Following the rapid growth of international trade and changes in modes of transportation as well as industry structure and commodities, multinational consolidation service has become the focus. Due to need for cost and inventory reduction, as a main tool for expanding cargo volume and increasing profit, the competitiveness of such services, marketing strategy and key success factor are the main issues of our study.
Our analysis recommends;
1. potential developments
2. commodities and pricing strategy
3. focus on 4 P
4. 7 key factors , include a. good will b. correctness of documents and rapid
transmission c. safe and good warehousing facilities d. capability of consolidation, stuffing, striping e. ranges of service area f. scale of economy g. time and cost competitive edge on.
Suggest to adopt the following measures;
1. Upgrade its administrative capability
2. Strengthen its operational capability.
3. Provide security measure
4. Control cost
5. Differentiate service offering
6. Offer first class services.
7. Implement aggressive marketing strategy
